Network Operations Centre

The Network Operation Centre (NOC) is a central component of
the SkyElectric Smart Energy System. In addition to software
intelligence continuously maximizing energy availability and lower
costs, Smart Energy Systems are monitored 24/7 in a NOC. The NOC
has access to all power, health and fault information sent by your
Smart Energy System. Your system continuously sends updated
data via 3G or Wifi Internet connections to cloud connected servers
accessible to the NOC.

Network Operations Centre

The Network Operation Centre (NOC) is a central component
of the SkyElectric Smart Energy System. In addition to software
intelligence continuously maximizing energy availability and
lower costs, Smart Energy Systems are monitored 24/7 in a NOC.
The NOC has access to all power, health and fault information sent
by your Smart Energy System. Your system continuously sends
updated data via 3G or Wifi Internet connections to cloud
connected servers accessible to the NOC.

All Smart Energy Systems are mapped to their relevant regional domain and then monitored by a specific NOC supervisor and operators in charge of that regional domain. The operators and NOC supervisors are highly skilled technical personnel who are able to perform remote diagnostics and repair, should any faults or service interruption arise. NOC personnel can also dispatch technicians to provide on-site services, should that be needed.

These NOC personnel are also accessible 24/7 via email, text, video chat through the Smart Energy Console, or phone call if you have any queries. However you choose to communicate, the operator is immediately taken to your system’s ‘Service Detail Screen’ so you dont’t have to spend time answering many questions. The operator has immediate access into your system and can remotely check all the relevant error and status logs to diagnose any issues. The Network Operations Centre never sleeps, so you can sleep easy!
