The operators and NOC supervisors are highly skilled technical personnel who are able to perform remote diagnostics and repair, should any faults or service interruption arise. NOC personnel can also dispatch technicians to provide on-site services, should that be needed.
These NOC personnel are also accessible 24/7 via email, text, video chat through the Smart Energy Console, or phone call if you have any queries. However you choose to communicate, the operator is immediately taken to your system’s ‘Service Detail Screen’ so you dont’t have to spend time answering many questions. The operator has immediate access into your system and can remotely check all the relevant error and status logs to diagnose any issues.
